This latest move to the park hopes to be the first of many following the recent investment boost into the park, including £12million to build five new industrial units as part of phase two of its Cavendish Warehouse development, due to be completed in Spring 2020, and the recent refurbishment of the Engine Rooms which has seen improved facilities, including the array of food vendors, Starbucks coffee, meeting rooms and collaborative working spaces. The development also hopes to answer the demand for much-needed industrial space in the Warrington area.
