Our Park enjoyed its best year to date in 2023, with the highest number of new lettings in our history.
Alongside a new warehouse development, our Park expanded its science and engineering sector with the arrival of Galliford Try and Quintessa.
Our Park’s small suites offices enjoyed continued success, with 63 renewals and 26 new companies joining us.
The success coincided with the Park's 25th anniversary.

Galliford Try has taken a 16,209 sq. ft office space at 401 Faraday St.

Work Completed on £16 Million Warehouse Development

The development of 153,500 sq. ft of flexible warehouse space has now completed here at Birchwood Park, the north west’s leading out-of-town business destination.
The build follows the Park's successful first and second phase of its Cavendish Warehouse development, which saw all units let within a year of completion.
