Training provider makes Birchwood Park its home

10 April 2018

PATRIZIA UK, the manager of Warrington’s leading business destination, Birchwood Park, has welcomed its newest occupant, leading training provider Watertrain, to Chadwick House.

Watertrain, a provider of apprenticeships and training qualifications to the water utility sector since 2007, helps employers find effective solutions to immediate training needs and longer-term staff development. The business will be based at Chadwick House, at the heart of Birchwood Park and close to a range of the Park’s onsite amenities at meetings and leisure destination, The Centre.

Neil Davies, director at Watertrain, commented: “When searching for a new office location, Birchwood Park’s onsite amenities really stood out to us. Having access to communal workspaces and meeting areas will be of particular benefit to our staff and, indeed, our valued clients when they visit us at the park.

“Accessibility was also a real deciding factor in the move; both the location and onsite car parking will be instrumental in ensuring our clients are able to attend our offices for training and consultations with ease.”

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, added: “The Watertrain team are a welcome addition to the variety of businesses at Chadwick House. The unique working environment we have created at Birchwood Park makes it the perfect setting for businesses that regularly welcome clients onto the park. We look forward to seeing Watertrain go from strength to strength here.”

In 2018, Birchwood Park is celebrating 20 years of growth. Since 1998 the park has almost tripled in size, providing 1.1million sq ft of office and warehouse space, and accommodating over 165 businesses.
