It’s certainly been a challenging 12 months for business during the COVID-19 pandemic, but despite this we’re excited to announce that 2020 was a record year for the take up of industrial and office space at Birchwood Park – with significant increase in demand from both the online retail and engineering sectors

With more than 80 deals worth in excess of £2.8m negotiated this past year, we have
welcomed 30 new organisations to the Park – taking over 140,000ft2 of space – despite
the challenges brought about by the global pandemic. The Park also saw a record 51
businesses committing to contract renewals, equating to 80,000ft2 retained by current
occupiers.
