    6.00 - 6.30am

    Kettlebells is designed to give a full body workout using a mix of Kettlebell weights to suit your goals.

  2. Endurance Spin with Magda

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Pro- health spin classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity.also aimed at effective fat burning.

  3. Functional Fitness with Eugene

    7.00 - 7.30am

    Calisthenics-based class designed to help you build real strength, improve mobility, and boost energy — using just your bodyweight.

  4. Interval Spin with Daniel

    12.15 - 12.45pm

    Involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

  5. Pilates with Eugene

    12.15 - 12.45pm

    Low-impact exercise session that strengthens the body, particularly the core muscles, while improving posture, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

  6. Strength & Tone with Magda

    1.00 - 1.30pm

    A resistance band is an elastic band used for strength, tone & core training. They are also commonly used in physical therapy, specifically by convalescents of muscular injuries, including cardiac rehab patients, to allow slow rebuilding of strength.

  7. Chill Yoga (Level 1)

    5.15 - 6.00pm

    A relaxing session to wind down from a long day at work. This will be a slow mindful class focused on the breath, mindful movement, meditation and finished with an extended relaxation. 

  8. Hyrox Workout with Daniel

    5.30 - 6.30pm

    Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorised by age. A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – not just for the elite but for everybody!

  1. Hybrid Core with Magda

    6.00 - 6.30am

    Hybrid- core training enhances muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health by integrating strength, cardio & core workouts. Combining strength and cardio training can lead to higher calorie exertion during and after workouts and promoting fat loss.

  2. Interval Spin with Magda

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

  3. HIIT with Daniel

    7.00 - 7.30am

    High-intensity interval training.

  4. Hatha Yoga (Level 1 & 2)

    12.15 - 1.00pm

    A perfect controlled practice, slow and detailed with cues. This is a breath focused class, holding postures to increase stamina, strength, flexibility and vitality. 

  5. Military Bootcamp with Magda

    1.00 - 1.30pm

    A mix up of circuits, using a mix of equipment and body weight.

    Energy Booster is the workout you go to feel energized for the start of your day. This activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise sends oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently and when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

  2. Fat Burn with Magda

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Fat-burn workout combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training, often using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for efficiency. These workouts involve alternating between short, intense bursts of activity and brief recovery periods.

  3. Raise The Bar with Jimmy

    7.00 - 7.30am

    A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit.

  4. Stretch, Sip & Smile with Magda

    12.00 - 12.30pm

  6. Mindful Steps with Peace & Mind

    Join Peace and Mind UK for a mindful walk around the Park. Meet at the Panda by the Lake.

    Help support your body in real-life movement and activities, this class with train your muscles by simulating everyday movements to improve functionality.

  1. Heathy Spine with Magda

    6.00 - 6.30am

    Mat based strength and stretching also includes floor, wall and fit ball exercises, principles of abdominal & pelvic control and breathing.

  2. Tabata with Daniel

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Get ready for a high-intensity, full-body workout! Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) This class combines cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness in a short amount of time. Perfect for all levels—modifications are always available. Push your limits, sweat it out, and leave feeling strong and energised!

  3. Flow Yoga with Katya (Level 3 & 4)

    12.15 - 13.00pm

    A dynamic yoga to build strength and flexibility. Yoga poses flow with the breath to create heat and finishes with relaxation to melt all tension away. 

  4. Box Padwork with Daniel

    1.00 -1.30pm

    Box-Padwork working with a trainer to systematically punch pads held in specific areas. This allows to work on specific punches and combinations to help take their ability to a new level.

    A resistance-based strength workout that targets your whole body. These high-intensity fitness classes will have you doing a range exercise to get different muscle groups working, especially your arms and core, and strengthen your body as you go.

    Feel refreshed and restored. Suitable for all, improve flexibility, balance and a range of motions.

  3. Easy Lift with Daniel

    09.30 - 10.00am

    Strength training, also known as weight training  is exercise designed to improve physical strength. Strength training can increase muscle, tendon, and ligament strength as well as bone density, metabolism, and the lactate threshold; improve joint and cardiac function; and reduce the risk of injury. In this training you will learn the proper technique for lifting weights.

  5. Circuit Training with Eugene

    This workout rotates a variety of exercises to target different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective full body workout.

    A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.
