    Kettlebells is designed to give a full body workout using a mix of Kettlebell weights to suit your goals.

  2. Endurance Ride with Magda

    6.30 - 7.00am

    A steady paced cycling session focused on building stamina and aerobic fitness. This ride keeps you working consistently through longer efforts, helping improve cardiovascular strength and overall endurance. Ideal for those looking to build a strong fitness foundation.

  3. Power Ride with Daniel

    12.15 - 12.45pm

    High energy interval-based cycling session designed to build speed, power and cardiovascular fitness. Expect short bursts of intensity, strong resistance pushes and motivating music that keeps you moving. Perfect if you want to challenge yourself and push your limits.

  4. Pilates with Eugene

    12.15 - 12.45pm

    Low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Move with control, build strength, and leave feeling longer, stronger, and more aligned.

  5. Strength & Tone with Magda

    1.00 - 1.30pm

    A resistance band is an elastic band used for strength, tone & core training. They are also commonly used in physical therapy, specifically by convalescents of muscular injuries, including cardiac rehab patients, to allow slow rebuilding of strength.

  6. Power Break with Eugene

    5.00 - 5.10pm

    A high-intensity, 10-minute workout designed for those with limited time who still want to maximise their training. This fast-paced session focuses on bodyweight exercises performed in a HIIT-style format, combining strength and cardio to deliver an effective full-body workout in a short period of time.You will move through a series of dynamic exercises, repeated in intervals to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and boost energy levels.

  7. Recovery Yoga with Katya (Level 1)

    5.15 - 6.00pm

    An opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and nurture your body and mind. Whether you have just worked out, are recovering from an injury, or are dealing with a lot of stress, this session will help support your body and nervous system. Through slow, controlled movement and deep breathing, you will gently strengthen your body and calm your mind. The session will end with 15 minutes of relaxation, so don’t forget to bring your pillow! 

  8. Power Hybrid with Daniel

    5.30 - 6.30pm

    A high intensity performance session combining strength, endurance and functional conditioning. Expect demanding intervals, powerful movements and race style challenges designed to push limits and build serious fitness. This is a tough session built for those ready to work hard.

    6.00 - 6.30am

    A high intensity strength focused class designed to build a stronger, more stable core while challenging your entire body. Using dumbbells and resistance bands, this fast-paced session combines controlled strength work with powerful movements to improve endurance, balance and overall performance. Expect to feel stronger, more powerful and seriously worked.

    High-intensity interval training (HIIT), exert your maximum energy during short periods of time followed by brief periods of recovery.

  4. Hatha Yoga with Katya (Level 1 & 2)

    12.15 - 1.00pm

    A perfect controlled practice, slow and detailed with cues. This is a breath focused class, holding postures to increase stamina, strength, flexibility and vitality. 

  5. Power Camp with Magda

    12.30- 13.15pm

    A high energy, full body training session combining strength, cardio and functional conditioning. Using kettlebells, ropes, resistance bands, bodyweight movements and boxing elements, this class builds power, endurance and overall fitness. Sessions are designed to be adaptable, with exercise options provided to suit different fitness levels. During the summer months, classes may move outdoors and include sprint work and resistance parachute training. Expect variety, intensity and a motivating team atmosphere every session.

Suitable for all levels, Dynamic Flow helps you move better, feel stronger and build confidence in your body.

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Fat-burn workout combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training, often using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for efficiency. These workouts involve alternating between short, intense bursts of activity and brief recovery periods.

  4. Strong & Steady (60+) with Magda

    9.30 - 9.50am

    A low impact strength and stability class designed specifically for men over 60. Using resistance bands and light dumbbells, this session focuses on strengthening deep core muscles, improving balance and supporting overall functional movement. The class is particularly beneficial for men looking to maintain strength and stability before or after medical treatment, helping to rebuild confidence and control in everyday activities. Suitable for all fitness levels.

    A gentle and welcoming stretch session designed to ease tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling refreshed. Once a month, we continue the conversation over coffee in The Engine Room, building connection and community beyond the studio. Move, unwind and enjoy the moment.

    A focused mobility session designed to release tension, improve flexibility and support muscle recovery. Through controlled stretching and gentle movement sequences, this class helps reduce stiffness, improve range of motion and restore balance after training. Perfect as a standalone reset or a recovery boost after your workout.

  1. Stability & Strength with Magda

    6.00 - 6.30am

    A focused session designed to build a strong, balanced body from the inside out. This class targets deep stabilising muscles, including the core, pelvic floor, abdominals, and back, helping to improve posture, control, and overall strength. Using controlled movements and equipment such as the fit ball, you’ll also challenge your balance and coordination while activating key muscle groups often missed in traditional workouts. Perfect for all levels!

  2. Tabata with Daniel

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Get ready for a high-intensity, full-body workout! Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) This class combines cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness in a short amount of time. Perfect for all levels—modifications are always available. Push your limits, sweat it out, and leave feeling strong and energised!

  3. Flow Yoga with Katya (Level 3 & 4)

    A dynamic yoga to build strength and flexibility. Yoga poses flow with the breath to create heat and finishes with relaxation to melt all tension away.

    A high energy, boxing inspired workout designed to improve fitness, strength and endurance. This session combines pad work, bag work and functional conditioning drills to deliver a powerful full body workout. Expect fast paced rounds, explosive movements and a serious calorie burn. No previous boxing experience is required – just bring energy and be ready to push yourself.

  3. Easy Lift with Daniel

    10.00 - 10.30am

    Strength training, also known as weight training  is exercise designed to improve physical strength. Strength training can increase muscle, tendon, and ligament strength as well as bone density, metabolism, and the lactate threshold; improve joint and cardiac function; and reduce the risk of injury. In this training you will learn the proper technique for lifting weights.

    A structured group strength session focused on building muscle, improving technique, and increasing confidence in the weights area. Train with purpose, lift safely, and get stronger together.
