Here's what you need to know about coming back...
Opening hours remain the same for now, Monday-Friday 6am-8pm
You need to PRE BOOK your gym workout session using the Fit Sense App (downloadable from Google Play or App Store) These can only be booked 7 days in advance.
No walk ins – to keep in line with social distancing; only 25 people at any one time in the gym.
Please arrive no longer than 5 minutes before your session to avoid unnecessary waiting outside.
Each session is 1 hour – to allow 45 minutes for your workout, and 15 minutes to clean down and change over. (No back-to-back bookings, let’s be fair to each other!).
Come dressed for your session, bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.
