The North West’s largest out of town business community, Birchwood Park Warrington, is delighted to welcome regional stalwart British Engineering Services to its latest Warehouse development the engineering inspections giant becomes the latest occupier to move to the Park.
British Engineering Services specialises in testing, inspection and certification for companies across the UK and Ireland, and has been based in the North West for over 160 years. The business takes up occupancy at Birchwood Park’s 718 Eddington Way in an 18,000 sq. ft warehouse facility which has been tailormade to requirements, unique in both size and scale within the industry.
The facility based at Birchwood Park will become British Engineering Services centre for training, boasting the most comprehensive facilities and largest facility size amongst its competitors. It will see employees from all around the country travel to the area for introductory and upskilling training courses, boosting footfall in the Birchwood area.
Hazel Doherty, Head of Training at British Engineering Services, said: ‘When it came to choosing the home of our new Training Centre, Birchwood Park was an obvious choice for us. With our trainees coming from all over the UK and Ireland, we wanted somewhere close to the motorway network that wasn’t too far from our Manchester roots and Birchwood Park ticked those boxes.
