ITI Group has made a move to reassure its clients of the company’s presence, by taking possession of a new office at Birchwood Park.
Following the pandemic and the change to homeworking and then hybrid working, ITI Group moved out of its premises in 401 Faraday Street in 2023. But with the recent resurgence in face-to-face meetings and the return to the workplace, the company has now taken possession of a new set of keys – to Chadwick House.
Over its 50-year history, ITI Group has actively adapted to changes in the markets in which it operates and endeavoured to align its business with client demand. When it became clear towards the end of last year that ITI Group’s clients were leaving full-time remote-working behind, and that physical proximity was once again important to client liaison, the technology company sought to re-establish its presence at Birchwood Park.
The new premises at Chadwick House incorporates meeting spaces in which to connect with clients, and a collection of hot-desks to provide flexibility for the ITI Group team, as well as giving colleagues access to the wide range of fantastic facilities that Birchwood has to offer.
Darren Glover, Operations Director for Safety & Control at ITI Group said: “The recent shift in working patterns to a hybrid model has raised many questions about the traditional role of office space for everyone. As things have changed, we’ve looked to accommodate our clients and colleagues with the most appropriate facilities for their needs at the time. And now the time is right to re-establish ourselves in the heart of the Nuclear Hub that is Birchwood Park. We know that Birchwood prides itself on being not just a place to work, but a community. With many of our clients embracing that spirit, we want to be right here with them, for them.”
ITI Group’s new premises will be located in Chadwick House, alongside the Engine Rooms.
