This month, Janine Rudenko, Operations Manager and Kate McDermott, Commercial Manager travelled to the House of Lords where Tenet Consultants were awarded Gold accredited membership via The 5% Club’s 2022-23 Employer Audit Scheme.
The award recognises Tenet’s significant contribution to the continued development of all their employees through “earn & learn” schemes such as the Apprenticeship Scheme. Kate commented “we are really proud to be representing Tenet Consultants Ltd and it is a privilege to be able to meet and discuss our apprenticeship scheme with so many other companies, both large and SME in an amazing location.”
In September, Tenet welcomed their 8th Apprentice, Ben Warburton (EC&I), to their Nuclear Engineer Degree Apprenticeship scheme. Ben will study full time at Wigan & Leigh College for his first year, after which he will join the rest of the team in the office. As part of Tenet’s commitment to training, employee Jake Westwell and new starter Joe Mullarkey have also been engaged on to the Apprenticeship Programme, starting at the HND and BEng level respectively.
Recruitment for Tenet’s 2023 apprentices will begin in January, so look out for them at a local careers fair! If you would like to find out more about Tenet’s 5-year Degree Apprenticeship Scheme, please contact apprenticeships@tenetconsultants.co.uk.
