Specsavers Go the Distance for Carers UK at Alive & Well

This week, the team from Specsavers Warrington Home Visits swapped lenses for Lycra as they took on a spin bike challenge at Alive & Well to raise funds for Carers UK, a charity that supports the 5.8 million unpaid carers across the UK.

The challenge was part of a national fundraising effort, and the Birchwood Park-based team were full of energy, encouragement and determination. Their goal is to raise £1,000, and they’ve already made a strong start with £173 raised so far.

We’re proud to see our occupiers using the Park’s facilities to support causes that make a difference. Carers UK has been a lifeline for unpaid carers for 60 years, offering vital resources and campaigning for better support and rights.
