Please pre-book your space in advance. This can be done by using the Fit Sense app, or by emailing us at info@alive-well.co.uk

If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

    Kettlebells is designed to give a full body workout using a mix of Kettlebell weights to suit your goals.

  2. Endurance Spin with Magda

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Pro- health spin classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity.also aimed at effective fat burning.

  3. Fit Ball with Jimmy

    7.00 - 7.30am

    Fit Ball is a class , where exercises are performed on a. large inflatable ball, The exercises challenges muscles, helping to strengthen and build up core strength. Low Impact.

  4. Interval Spin with Jimmy

    12.15 - 12.45pm

    Involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

  5. Hatha Yoga (Pregnancy Friendly) with Katya

    12.15 - 13.00pm

    Hatha is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely. Venue: Chadwik House South Tower 2nd Floor

  6. Strength & Tone with Magda

    1.00 - 1.30pm

    A resistance band workout to help improve your strength & core.

    Kettlebells is designed to get your overall body working.

  8. Hyrox Workout with Daniel

    5.30 - 6.30pm

    Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorised by age. A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – not just for the elite but for everybody!

    A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!

  2. Tabata with Daniel

    6.30 - 7.00am

    Get ready for a high-intensity, full-body workout! Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) This class combines cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness in a short amount of time. Perfect for all levels—modifications are always available. Push your limits, sweat it out, and leave feeling strong and energised!

  3. Flow Yoga with Katya

    A dynamic yoga to build strength and flexibility. Yoga poses flow with the breath to create heat and finishes with relaxation to melt all tension away. Venue: Chadwik House South Tower 2nd Floor

  4. Box Padwork with Daniel

    Daniel will show you how to systematically punch the pads held in specific areas, learn combinations and develop your punches a great way to de-stress and boost your mood.

  6. Easy Lift with Daniel

    2.30 - 3.00pm

    Strength training, also known as weight training is exercise designed to improve physical strength. Strength training can increase muscle, tendon, and ligament strength as well as bone density, metabolism, and the lactate threshold; improve joint and cardiac function; and reduce the risk of injury. In this training you will learn the proper technique for lifting weights.     

  7. Circuit Training with Charlotte

    5.30 - 6.00pm

    This workout rotates a variety of exercises to target different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective full body workout.

  8. Mobility Workout with Charlotte

    6.00 - 6.30pm

    A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.
