Engineered Duck Race – get your entry confirmed by 12th May

A great opportunity to bring a bit of competitive fun to your teams and to showcase your engineering skills.
Last year saw the introduction of our Engineered Duck Race. For our first year we had some great ideas of how to get the Ducks across the Lake.
Seeing as so many of our occupiers work within the Engineering industry we’d like to make this a new regular feature to the Duckfest event.
For the race you will need to purchase one of our £5 racing Ducks from one of our Receptions across the Park (all monies raised from the sale of Ducks are donated to our Community Partner Peace & Mind UK.
You then need to come up with an idea to modify your Duck in the best way possible to get it across the Lake in the fastest time.
Use it for team building or some fun competition between your staff.
For the race to go ahead we need to make sure we have enough interest to make it a good race. If you would like to get involved please register your interest with Elaine on ehoult@birchwoodpark.co.uk. We need to make a decision on whether the race is going ahead by no later than Monday 12th May so please get in touch as soon as possible.
