Bring your bike to work and join your colleagues for a fun and healthy lunchtime ride.
You’re in good hands with British Cycling, our led rides are on traffic-free paths, with a few quiet roads. Importantly, every ride is at a pace to suit the whole group.
Free British Cycling water bottle included for all participants.
We have a couple of Loan Bikes available to use where needed – please note these are for occupiers only on a first come, first served basis. To hire one of these you need to go to Alive & Well Reception in advance, so please ensure you do this with enough time.
