Classes/Timetables

We are pleased to announce that our introductory class timetable will begin on Monday 21st September 2020! 

To help with social distancing in the gym, we will be holding all classes in the fourth floor suites in Chadwick House. Please take care as a one way system is in place – you will also need to bring with you, water and your own mat where needed.

Please book your space via the Fit Sense app.

Studio Classes must be pre-booked via the Fit Sense app, or by email to info@alive-well.co.uk.

If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

Monday

Time Activity Description
6:30 - 7:00am Spin with Jimmy A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life.
7:05 - 7:20am Fast Abs with Jimmy Chisel the middle and work that tum.
12:15 - 1:00pm Yoga with Jane A wonderful workout for the mind and body.
12:15 - 12:45pm Spin with Magda A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life.
1:00 - 1:30pm Kettlebells with Ally This class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning using dynamic, total body movements.
5:30 - 6:00pm HIIT with Ally High-intensity interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Tuesday

6:30 - 7:00am Spin with Magda A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life.
7:05 - 7:35am Full Body Workout with Magda High-intensity full body workout.
12:15 - 12:45pm Tabata with Ally A fast paced, fun, fat burning class. 30 minutes of interval workouts made up of 20 second rounds at maximum intensity followed by 10 seconds rest.
5:30 - 6:00pm Raise The Bar with Jimmy High-intensity full body workout.

Wednesday

6:30 - 7:00am Power Pump with Magda The ultimate body conditioning class. Suitable for both males and females, it burns fat whilst toning those muscles – a ‘must’ class for everyone!
7:05 - 7:35am Spin with Magda A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life.
