Class Booking Process.

Please book your space via the Fit Sense app.  Studio Classes must be pre-booked via the Fit Sense app, or by email to info@alive-well.co.uk.

If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

Monday

Time Activity Description
6.00 - 6.30am Kettlebells with Magda Kettlebells is designed to give a full body workout using a mix of Kettlebell weights to suit your goals.
6.30 - 7.00am Endurance Spin with Magda Is a type of training that involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.
7.00 - 7.30am Fit Ball with Jimmy Fit Ball is a class , where exercises are performed on a. large inflatable ball, The exercises challenges muscles, helping to strengthen and build up core strength. Low Impact.
12.15 - 12.45pm Endurance Spin with Jimmy Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
12.15 - 13.00pm Hatha Yoga & Pregnancy Friendly with Katya Hatha Beginners Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely.
12.30 - 12.50pm Step by Step 80's Music with Magda This low impact fun session will smash out 3,000 steps. The only thing you will need to change is your shoes – great if you are short on time.
1.00 - 1.30pm Legs , Bums & Tums with Ally A full body workout that aims to tone up those difficult and flabby areas of thighs , bums and tums, great for those looking to lose weight or those looking to simply improve fitness levels . Low Impact.
5.30 - 6.30pm Hyrox Workout with Ally Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorised by age. A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – not just for the elite but for everybody!
6.30 - 7.00pm Cardio PT Group with Ally It has always been known that training with a friend is more motivating, so book our new group training now. You can choose from cardio training and weight training.

Tuesday

Time Activity Description
6.00 - 6.30am Insanity Workout with Magda Sweat, stretch & strengthen – all in one workout. Using just your bodyweight you’ll perform a series of low-impact, high intensity moves to work every single muscle of your body
6.30 - 7.00am Interval Spin with Magda Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
7.00 - 7.30am Functional Step Mix with Magda Using adjustable steppers, this class uses cardio to produce an easy to learn and effective workout.
12.15 - 12.45pm HITT the Ground with Ally Fat Burn – a bodyweight workout that mixes HIIT and Tabata into one class.
1.00 - 1.45pm Military Bootcamp with Magda A mix up of circuits, using your own body weight. The activities will vary every week including fun games – everyone is welcome.
5.15 - 6.00pm Interval Spin with Jimmy Training simulating riding in mountainous terrain, aimed at improving muscle strength and endurance.
6.00 - 6.30pm Raise The Bar with Jimmy A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!
6.30 - 6.45pm Fab Abs with Jimmy If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.

Wednesday

Time Activity Description
6.00 - 6.30am Endurance Spin with Team Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
6.30 - 7.00am Dance Step with Magda Simple, fun dance fitness routines to a ‘banging’ mix of tunes, the mix of high and low impact options make this class a fun class for everyone – beginner or fitness freak!
7.00 - 7.30am HITT the Ground with Jimmy Fat Burn – a bodyweight workout that mixes HIIT and Tabata into one class.
12.15 - 12.45pm AeroBoxing with Jimmy Is an an aerobic activity that blends martial arts with an intense aerobic workout.Non combat and non contact class that mimics many of the actions performed in boxing but removes them from the context of martial arts . Aeroboxing builds and maintains a physical fitness level with muscle toning and improvement of cardiovascular fitness. High Intensity.
12.15 - 1.00pm Dance Fit This class takes the “work” out of workout. Super effective and super fun, join our interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
5.15 - 6.00pm Chill Yoga with Katya A relaxing session to wind down from a long day at work. This will be a slow mindful class focused on the breath, mindful movement, meditation and finished with an extended relaxation. 
5.30 - 6.00pm Kettlebells with Ally Kettlebells is designed to give a full body workout using a mix of Kettlebell weights to suit your goals.
6.00 - 6.15pm Core Workout with Ally Help support your body in real-life movement and activities, this class with train your muscles by simulating everyday movements to improve functionality.
6.15 - 6.45pm Mobility with Ally A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.

Thursday

Time Activity Description
6.00 - 6.30am Healthy Spine with Magda Incorporates mat based strength and stretching actions. Using floor, wall and fit ball exercises principals of abdominal and pelvis control and breathing. Low impact.
6.30 - 7.00am Functional Fitness with Ally Help support your body in real-life movement and activities, this class with train your muscles by simulating everyday movements to improve functionality.
7.00 - 7.30am Mobility with Ally A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.
12.15 - 13.00pm Flow Yoga with Katya A dynamic yoga to build strength and flexibility. Yoga poses flow with the breath to create heat and finishes with relaxation to melt all tension away. 
12.30 - 13.00pm Walkie Talkie with Jeanette Join our relaxed walking group around the park with Jeanette and friends, a great way to get some steps in, whilst on a lunch break.
1.00 -1.30pm Endurance Spin with Magda Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
5.15 - 5.45pm Hill Spin with Jimmy Training simulating riding in mountainous terrain, aimed at improving muscle strength and endurance.

Friday

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Magic Bar with Magda A resistance-based strength workout that targets your whole body. These high-intensity fitness classes will have you doing a range exercise to get different muscle groups working, especially your arms and core, and strengthen your body as you go.
7.00 - 7.30am Stretching with Magda Will feel you leaving relaxed and restored. This full body stretching class is a real pick me up class.. Suitable for all age ranges and ability levels , particularly for those seeking more flexibility , balance and mobility range. Low Impact.
12.15 - 12.45pm Hill Spin with Jimmy Training simulating riding in mountainous terrain, aimed at improving muscle strength and endurance.
2.30 - 3.00pm Weights PT Group with Ally It has always been known that training with a friend is more motivating, so book our new group training now. Max 4 people per session!
5.30 - 6.00pm F- abs Fridays with Ally If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.
