If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

Monday

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Spin with Magda Get ready for the ride of your life with this 30minute, cycle workout at the gym. It’s a lower body high intensity cardio workout, and high energy!
7.00 - 7.30am Fab Abs with Jimmy Short on time but fancy a fab ab workout? If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.
12.15 - 12.45pm Spin with Jimmy Get ready for the ride of your life with this 30minute, cycle workout at the gym. It’s a lower body high intensity cardio workout, and high energy!
12.15 - 13.00pm Hatha Beginners Yoga with Jane Hatha Beginners Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely.
5.30 - 6.00pm Tabata with Ally A fast paced, fun, fat burning class. 30 minutes of interval workouts made up of 20 second rounds at maximum intensity followed by 10 second rest periods for a total of eight rounds.
6.00 - 6.30pm Raise the Bar with Ally A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!

7.00 - 7.30am HIIT with Magda High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

7.00 - 7.30am Raise the Bar with Jimmy A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!

Whilst also working on these 4 movement patterns we superset them with bodyweight exercises to burn those extra calories.

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Kettlebells with Ally Kettlebells is designed to get your overall body working. This is structured by working the 4 main compound areas: knee dominant (squat), posterior chain (swing), Upper pull and Upper push (arm movements). Whilst also working on these 4 movement patterns we superset them with bodyweight exercises to burn those extra calories.
7.00 - 7.30am Mobility with Ally A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.
12.15 - 13.00pm Lotus Yoga with Katya Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely.

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Body Shape with Magda Thanks to Body Shape fitness exercises, you will carve sensitive parts of your body: abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms. The effect of regular training is to slim the figure and improve skin firmness. Training for all levels.
