If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.

Monday

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Interval Mix Spin with Magda Is a type of training that involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.
7.00 - 7.30am Fab Abs with Jimmy If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.
12.15 - 12.45pm Endurance Mix Spin with Jimmy Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
12.15 - 13.00pm Hatha Beginners Yoga with Jane Hatha Beginners Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely. Venue: 4th Floor, 401 Faraday
12.30 - 12.50pm 80's Walking Workout with Magda This low impact fun session will smash out 3,000 steps. The only thing you will need to change is your shoes – great if you are short on time.
1.00 - 1.30pm Cardio PT Group with Ally It has always been known that training with a friend is more motivating, so book our new group training now. You can choose from cardio training and weight training. Max 4 people per session!
5.00 - 5.45 pm Dance Fit with Magda Simple, fun dance fitness routines to a ‘banging’ mix of tunes, the mix of high and low impact options make this a fun class for everyone – beginner or fitness freak!
5.45- 6.30pm Tabata with Ally A fast paced, fun, fat burning class. Interval workouts made up of 20 second rounds at maximum intensity for a total of eight rounds.

Tuesday

Time Activity Description
6.30 - 7.00am Endurance Mix Spin with Magda Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning.
7.00 - 7.30am Functional Step Mix with Magda Using adjustable steppers, this class uses cardio to produce an easy to learn and effective workout.
10.00 - 10.30am Breakfast Club with Ally including free Starbucks & chat* This class prioritises the needs of older adults, focused on efficient body mechanics and injury prevention. This offers low and moderate options and can be adapted to those new to exercise.
12.15 - 12.45pm Bootcamp with Ally A mix up of circuits, using your own body weight. The activities will vary every week including fun games – everyone is welcome.
5.00 - 5.35pm Hill , Mix Spin with Jimmy Training simulating riding in mountainous terrain, aimed at improving muscle strength and endurance.
5.15 - 6.00pm Hatha Yoga Mix with Jane Hatha Beginners Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely. Venue: 4th Floor, 401 Faraday
6.00 - 6.30pm Total Body Conditioning with Jimmy
6.30 - 7.00pm Boxing with Jimmy Increase your fitness and burn calories. We recommend that you bring your own boxing gloves!

7.00 - 7.30am Raise the Bar with Jimmy A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!

5.30 - 6.15pm Zumba with Kay This class takes the “work” out of workout. Super effective and super fun, join our interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
5.45 - 6.15pm Kettlebells with Ally Kettlebells is designed to get your overall body working.
6.15 - 6.45pm Fatburn Mix with Ally Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focusses on using only your bodyweight in varying styles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including Tabata (eight rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals). Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great if you’re looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.
