At Alive & Well, we believe wellbeing should be part of everyday life.  Whether you’re looking to move more, de-stress, or simply take a break from the everyday, our, great-value memberships are designed to support your physical, mental, and social wellbeing, all year round.

Our doors are open to everyone, on-park occupiers and off-park members.

With over 30 weekly classes, a fully equipped gym, wellbeing workshops, lunchtime walks, and regular events, Alive & Well offers more than just a place to work out, it’s a place to feel good, recharge, and connect.
