Birchwood Park continues to grow as it welcomes Water Technology firm RSE Ltd
News 10 July 2026
We are pleased to welcome our latest occupier as clean & Wastewater technology firm RSE Ltd signs a new lease agreement at our award-winning office development Bridgewater Place.
RSE Ltd specialises in water technology solutions and products for purifying drinking water, recycling effluent and cleaning water in industrial processes and was previously located at Rutherford House, just off the park.
As RSE’s North West business continued to grow, the company required larger office space to support its expanding team – with Bridgewater Place providing the capacity to accommodate its next phase of growth.
The company’s relocation to the Park further highlights its ability to support occupiers with their growth and expansion plans.
Linda Welsby, Leasing Manager at Birchwood Park, commented: “We’re pleased to welcome RSE to the Birchwood Park community. As the North West’s largest out-of-town business destination, it is a strong demonstration of our role and value working with occupiers from a range of sectors.”
At Birchwood Park, we work hard to offer more than just a building – making life easier for our occupiers is at the heart of everything we do, over the last 25 years we have built a community and range of amenities and services, so our companies don’t have to. We are really pleased to be welcoming RSE to the Park.”
Neal Wilkinson, Delivery Manager at RSE, said: “We are happy to be part of the Birchwood Park family and have been welcomed warmly by Linda, Natasha and the team. Bridgewater Place is a fantastic office space which meets our requirement for further expansion and our team are thrilled with all the facilities Birchwood Park has to offer.”
Occupiers can take advantage of on-site parking and benefit from all the added amenities including free shuttle bus to Birchwood station, discounted gym memberships and the EngineRooms offering an all-day Meet Eat Work facility, all whilst being positioned within easy access to Junction 11 of the M62.
We are home to an extensive business community, with over 160 occupiers and has spent the past two decades developing an understanding of the relationship between wellbeing and productivity.
