Sunbelt Rentals is hiring 50 Technical Customer Success Executives from January at their brand‑new offices on Birchwood Park in Warrington. Part‑time applications welcome.
As a Customer Success Executive you’ll own the end‑to‑end customer journey: be the central contact; deliver accurate, on‑time hire admin; follow up enquiries to lift conversion; resolve invoice queries; manage off‑hire and closures; upsell and cross‑sell using CRM; proactively fix issues; and make outbound calls to promote new products and reactivate dormant accounts.
