Miller Homes expands office space at Birchwood Park

Miller Homes has expanded into a new 8,685 sq. ft office, doubling its former space. The expansion has been driven by continued growth over the past year alongside a strong pipeline of new developments.

Birchwood Park is delighted to announce the expansion of Miller Homes into a new office space at the Park.

Renovations to the first floor have been completed, and Miller Homes will be doubling its space by acquiring the whole of Building 103, Dalton Ave – marking a significant investment in its long-term commitment at Birchwood Park.

The expansion has been driven by continued growth across the North West region, with the team increasing from 87 employees in March 2025 to 105 in February 2026, alongside a strong pipeline of new developments.
