Birchwood Park is perfectly located in the heart of the North West. We are accessed easily from the M6/M62 with excellent rail and bus connections, making it the ideal sweet spot for bringing people together. We also have exceptional long and short-stay car parks, with charging points for electric vehicles, as well as the B&B hotel, less than a 10 minute walk away.

We offer flexible event hosting to suit your schedule, including evenings and times outside of normal office hours. Catering and events at the EngineRooms work seamlessly and flexibly around all our event bookings. Simply speak to our team to discuss what you need.

All meeting and event spaces at Birchwood Park are fully equipped with modern AV technology. This includes wide screen TVs in all meeting rooms, cinema-quality screen and sound in The Generator auditorium.

Birchwood Park is easily accessed from the M6 and M62. We offer exceptional long and short-stay car parks with free parking and EV charging points. The park also boasts excellent connections to public transport, including local bus routes and nearby train stations. We’re a 25 minute cycle to Manchester Airport, and have cycle lockers and shelter spaces, and we have a free 27 shuttle bus that runs to and from Liverpool.

Yes, the B&B hotel combines all the comforts you’d expect, including soundproofed rooms, free Wi-Fi, desk space, downstairs bar, terrace and lift access, all within walking distance of Birchwood Park.

Birchwood Park offers a wide variety of catering options through The EngineRooms, ranging from light working lunches to formal dining options to outdoor BBQs. Our culinary team can accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegan, gluten-free, and halal, provided they are confirmed a week before the event. Our events team will manage this with you directly upon making a booking.
