Meet the Birchwood Park Bees

Ever wondered what’s really going on inside a beehive? It’s that time of year again, and your chance to step into the Bees World.

Join us at Birchwood Park Beehives for an unforgettable, hands-on experience where you’ll suit up in full beekeeping gear, light a smoker, and take a guided look inside our own hives. Get up close (safely!) with thousands of bees and discover how they live, work, and keep our planet thriving.

It’s fascinating, a little thrilling, and definitely not your average day at work.

Booking is essential, spaces are strictly limited and tend to get booked up really fast so book early to avoid missing out.

Sessions are:
11:30am-12:00pm
12:10pm-12:40pm
12:50pm-1:20pm
1:30pm-2:00pm

Bee Keeping suits will be provided!
